Dotata di pensiline, panchine, tabelloni digitali con gli orari aggiornati in tempo reale, biglietterie automatiche.
In pochi minuti è possibile arrivare sia in centro,sia a Scandicci.
Da oltre un anno una delle panchine della fermata è occupata in pianta stabile da una migrante. Nonostante siano state più volte avvertite le autorità (vigili urbani, nella fattispecie), nessuno ha mai provveduto a porre rimedio. Oltre a essere una cosa indecente, questo soggetto è anche un problema per la sicurezza, poiché aggredisce le persone con urla, insulti e minacce. In città, chi non è italiano, può permettersi di fare qualsiasi cosa.
