The Cascine Park is the green lung of the city, a stone's throw from the center. The largest public park in Florence with an area of over 130 hectares that runs parallel to the Arno river. Attenzione però alle persone che circolano, non tutte le zone sono belle e solo due vigili a cavallo non bastano. Regenerating park, beautiful to stay cool in the green of the park. But beware of people around, not all areas are beautiful and only two brigade on horseback are not enough.

Adesso è frequentato maggiormente da spacciatori e gente poco raccomandabile, come tanti altri giardini di Firenze è lasciato a se stesso, senza manutenzione o altro... un vero peccato rendere così disastroso la bellissima eredità lasciata dagli storici fiorentini... The park WAS beautiful! Now it is frequented more by drug dealers and disreputable people, like many other gardens in Florence it is left to itself, without maintenance or anything else ... a real shame to make the beautiful legacy left by Florentine historians so disastrous ...
