★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi fatto manicure, la ragazza mi ha limato anche la pelle intorno alle unghie … alle mie lamentele mi dicono: ma dovevi dirlo mentre ti limava la pelle che ti faceva male !!!
Nessuno chiede scusa, parlano tra di loro ridendoti in faccia . La ragazza alla cassa è molto scortese . Mai più , eppure ci andavo da tanto tempo e nonostante il posto sia bello e pulito ed alcune ragazze molto brave.

Nobody apologizes, they talk to each other laughing in your face. The girl at the checkout is very rude. Never again, yet I had been going there for a long time and despite the fact that the place is nice and clean and some very good girls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service !!! Booked an appointment and walked in. 3 girls were sitting together no acknowledgement, ciao, nothing! I said I had an appointment and they talked amongst themselves in a foreign language and one girl decided to work on my mani. She did not soak my fingers in water first and immediately started pushing back my cuticles. I told her not to do that as it was painful and I pulled my hand back asking for a soak first. She grabbed my hand back and started pushing the cuticles again. I asked for a manager/ owner and no one was present. Girl did not apologize or try to make situation right. Inexperienced, untrained,rude staff. Will never go back.
