★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il cibo è molto gustoso e di alta qualità. Anche servizio è molto buono, ma la quantità di persone che accettano per pranzare il weekend è eccessiva. Siamo stati troppo a disagio per il rumore e la vicinanza tra i clienti in uno spazio così piccolo. Perde tutto il fascino di un bistrot e assomiglia il mercato del pesce… peccato per la bontà dei piatti, ma l’ambiente rovina l’esperienza.
The food is very tasty and of high quality. Service is also very good, but the amount of people they accept for lunch on the weekend is excessive. We were too uncomfortable with the noise and proximity between customers in such a small space. It loses all the charm of a bistro and resembles the fish market ... shame about the goodness of the dishes, but the environment ruins the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve only ever been to the pasticceria di Giacomo (which is insanely good), so I finally tried the bistrot and was SUPER pleased! The food was delicious; the wine was perfectly paired with my food thanks to a very kind woman; and the staff themselves were so helpful and friendly. I will absolutely be back and recommend anyone to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had made the reservation at Giacomo Bistrot three weeks in advance since we were travelling for the easter break. When I called I asked if they would send a confirmation email, but unfortunately they don't do that and assured us the booking was confirmed. When we arrived there, we were told that they didn't have the reservation name and quickly and swiftly sent us to the sister restaurant Giacomo.
I was on holiday and really just wanted to have dinner. But I was certain I had made the booking under Giacomo Bistrot and NOT Giacomo. I tried to fight it but they dismissed my claims. Of course, when we arrived at the other restaurant they sat us immediately although I could see the reservation list and my name was not there.
When I checked my phone later, I saw that I had dialed Giacomo Bistrot NOT Giacomo and that we had been played. The restaurant must have been busy and they just sent these tourists to the other restaurant. Of course, the experience at Giacomo is not the same as Bistrot, and we had an less than average dinner.
Next time, I won't even bother and I'll continue going to Langosteria where they do take care of their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing. We wanted to return to the larger restaurant of Giacomo next door, but it was closed, so we tried the bistrot. Was absolutely delighted. Everything we tried was great, with some dishes that were beyond exceptional, like the cacio e pepe tortelli... oh my god, make sure to order this. See the pictures to get an idea, but it was all so good. Will definately be back.
