Firstly, the staff do not know the correct rules around British Covid-19 vaccination status’ and cause a huge scene, only to be told moments later by another member of staff that it’s OK, and we are allowed in. (We are both fully vaccinated with proof)
When we finally got seated we ordered around 8:40pm and still hadn’t received our main courses by 10pm, multiple staff walked past our table numerous times, looking at our empty starter plates and empty glasses, we ended up leaving before freezing and starving to death.
Nice view, but awful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ View was amazing. We ate at sunset while admiring the Duomo from the patio. Food was good, nothing incredible, but a solid meal with good value. The staff was great, very attentive and made the experience very good. Come here for a great view and a memorable evening in Milan!
