★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs (if you can even find it). Absolutely worst lasagna I've ever had, it was worse than those frozen sub-1 Euro ones you buy at the supermarket. Service was good, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine restaurant of musical inspiration, as it is dedicated to one of Italy's best singers ever, Luciano Pavarotti.
The restaurant itself is kind of a museum, with relics belonged to the singer. Food is very fine and wine choice is amazing.
Prices are high, but the location sist just in front of Piazza del Duomo, so you expect it to be a little expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the waitress takes back the full plate barely touched, and she does not even asks you why you did't like it, then it means that she either does not care the least, or that she is very used to take back the full plates. Except the welcoming staff that was very welcome, all the rest of the staff was rude at best. The room that we were sat was kind of loud, full of Pavarotti stuff, kind of kitsch... But what topped it all was the awful, terrible, uncooked, oversalted food. One advise: DON'T EVER GO THERE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the location is worth more than 2 stars, it's extremely unlikely that I will visit them again unless the management decide to make their staff go through customer service training. From reception to waiters they all made us feel unwelcome and they probably don't know the meaning of "smile". I love opera and lyrics, perhaps hearing always the same 5 pavarotti songs in the background is a bit boring. Food is below average, from what I knew about that place the concept is having guests experience the Emilian cusine at the heart of Milan. Why on heart our menu included (a tasteless) milanese risotto?! Not recommended at all
