★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. The lady working was really rude and had an attitude the whole time while opening the shop. Ended up leaving and not buying the ice cream because of the horrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first thing that catch ur attention is the queue. im not a fan of either ice cream or gelato, but the queue makes me curious what is this thing taste like. got 1 orange sorbet drink after 30-40 minutes queueing. taste was okay, not that special. the gelato that my friend ordered was nice in taste yet pretty in presentation, good for instagram property pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good quality of ice cream. Not a big fan of this presentation of ice cream, cause you mix the flavours. Que is about 30 min, its all up to you to que, there are few more ice cream shop in this area. Staff was nice having in mind there are a lot of bad reviews about that. Prices are normal for this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst system ever. Two queues to get ice cream and one is too only buy a ticket to be allowed ice cream. The menu does not display the flavours only what size cone/cup you want. Staff are rude at the front and give you no chance to read the very small text of the flavours
