Sono andata 4 volte in questa banca e ancora non hanno risolto un semplice trasferimento del conto da una filiale all'altra. Tra l'altro oggi sono arrivata alle 14.20 alla banca (su Google c'è scritto che lavorano fino alle 16) e la guardia all'entrata mi ha praticamente mandato in quel paese facendo dei gesti da gente di strada. Maleducazione all'estremo! Cambierò la banca appena possibile! Vi consiglio di non entrarci neanche. I would also give 0 stars if I could. I've been waiting for a month to change the branch. I went 4 times to this bank and they still haven't solved a simple account transfer from one branch to another. Among other things, today I arrived at the bank at 2.20 pm (on Google it says that they work until 4 pm) and the guard at the entrance practically sent me to that country doing street gestures. Rude to the extreme! I will change the bank as soon as possible! I advise you not to enter it either.

Il personale è scarso e insufficiente e fa quello che può, ma il management dovrebbe essere licenziato in tronco. Ho cambiato banca. Three appointments and four hours lost for an ISEE document. An inefficient, cumbersome and irritating dating system. The staff are scarce and insufficient and do what they can, but the management should be fired on the spot. I changed banks.

Servizio pessimo in tutto, decine di telefonate per prendere la linea, ore di attesa al telefono inutilmente. Disagio enorme nella gestione dei conti, per non parlare dei finanziamenti. Emissione carte di credito con tempi biblici e referenti che spariscono nel nulla. On the business side, I think it is impossible to do worse.
