Oggi però ho avuto una PESSIMA esperienza con una signora che stava al banco a servire. Oltre ad essere stata scortese e scontrosa in generale mi ha risposto male quando ho semplicemente chiesto come fosse fatto il ripieno di una brioche. Mi ha risposto testualmente "che non conosce gli ingredienti perché gliele portano da fuori le brioche". Non ho insistito perché non sono il tipo che fa scenate o polemiche al momento ma penso che mi vedrò costretto a segnalare la cosa alle autorità competenti (ASL). Capisco il periodo critico, ma proprio per questo bisogna essere ancora più attenti alla salute e alle sicurezza dei clienti. È inammissibile e anche illegale che in un'attività di somministrazione alimentare non si sappia quello che si sta vendendo e non si vogliano neanche perdere due secondi a fornire la lista ingredienti e allergeni (che dovrebbe essere resa accessibile). È veramente un comportamento rischioso, ancor più nel caso in cui ci siano clienti con allergie o intolleranze. Spero che cambino decisamente modo di fare. In addition to being rude and surly in general, she replied badly when I simply asked how the filling of a brioche was made. He replied verbatim "that he does not know the ingredients because they bring them the brioche from outside". I have not insisted because I am not the type that makes scenes or controversies at the moment but I think I will be forced to report it to the competent authorities (ASL). I understand the critical period, but precisely for this you need to be even more attentive to the health and safety of customers. It is inadmissible and even illegal that in a food administration business you do not know what you are selling and you do not even want to waste two seconds in providing the list of ingredients and allergens (which should be made accessible). It is truly risky behavior, even more so if there are customers with allergies or intolerances. I hope they definitely change the way we do.

Cappuccino buono personale gentile e disponibile, nessun problema ad entrare col cane, rispetto delle regole covid. Disponibili anche tavolini all'aperto! In questo bar non c'è il semplice caffè, ma diverse miscele di caffè, provenienti da diversi posti del mondo. Quando ordini, il titolare ti consiglia la miscela più adatta, basandosi suoi tuoi gusti, e te la serve in una tazzi abbinata. Io ancora sto pensando alla miscela dell'India, di cui ho preso anche la confezione da moka. Mi mancate I went in January, on the advice of local friends. Sono riuscite a ricavarsi qualche seduta anche all'esterno che , visti i tempi, non fa male .. Abbiamo preso un caffè, decisamente sopra la media! Small but very welcoming place. Si trova nel centro del "Centro Storico" di Reggio nell'Emilia , a pochi metri da una delle piazze, secondo me (ma anche secondo i Reggiani, io non lo sono) più belle, Piazza San Prospero. Locale con pochi posti all'interno ma con qualche tavolino esterno e con apertura sulla via per passanti. Soprattutto preferito per le 7 varietà di caffè, ognuna delle quali macinata praticamente al momento, le cui differenze e caratteristiche vengono gentilmente illustrate dai barman che dopo un po' divengono preziosi amici/consiglieri. Da gustare a casa propria si possono anche acquistare le stesse miscele, macinate sul momento per moka.
