Dopo esser stato cliente per più di 10 anni e non aver mai chiesto nulla, mi sono visto respingere il mutuo per una richiesta di meno del 70% della casa, nonostante avessi una bella liquidità sul conto corrente da poter anticipare. In più per avere più possibilità avevo accettato di stipulare polizza sulla casa e polizza vita(non obbligatoria) con loro e inoltre su consiglio della consulente addirittura sarei stato disposto a stipulare una polizza sul posto di lavoro! Quindi c'erano tutti i presupposti a loro favore e garanzia! L'unica motivazione data è stata il contratto a tempo determinato della mia compagna, il suo reddito a quanto dicono non hanno voluto prenderlo in considerazione neanche in parte, come se la mantenessi io, immaginate come possa essersi sentita. Eravamo arrivati al punto che dall'ufficio centrale mutui ci avevano addirittura chiesto se avevamo già un notaio. Ci avete buttato addosso una bella secchiata gelata che ci ha buttato nello sconforto e mi ha fatto sentire molto umiliato. Vergogna, non si trattano persone serie come me in questa maniera, andate a rivedere la mia storia bancaria da qui a quando ho aperto il conto anni fa con voi! Per aprirlo non fu necessaria la mia presenza( i moduli mi furono recapitati) per chiuderlo la pretendono. Come mai ? Non sto bene e fatico a spostarmi Vediamo cosa ne pensa la Banca d'Italia. B	Bruno Spagnolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RIF.sede centro Reggio Emilia..metto una stella perché 0 non si può visto che non danno la possibilità..premetto che prima delle ultimo consulente tutto quelli precedenti si sono comportati magnificamente..sempre disponibili e cordiali..L ultimo che ho non faccio nomi perché sono buono troppo buono e capisco che ha bisogno di lavorare come tutti ma non meriterebbe nemmeno 1 euro…mille chiamate 5 messaggi su whatsapp 4 mail io avevo bisogno urgentemente e non di lui ma dei MIEI SOLDI..e stato irreperibile al che in periodo covid sono dovuto andare io direttamente senza appuntamento perché era impossibile prenderne uno visto che non rispondeva a nessuno dei miei messaggi e chiamate…sono deluso e schifato..per contattarlo la prima volta ho dovuto chiamare due precedenti consulenti (sempre molto disponibili)e la sua vecchia sede…insomma ho dovuto fare L investigatore per due settimane prima di poter sentire la sua voce la prima volta… REF.
