M	Marisa Sgro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo più di 20 giorni nel quale in diverse modalità (telefonate, mail..etc) ho richiesto supporto all'assistenza clienti ricevere una telefonata dal direttore della filiale, Scotto Alessandro, per essere insultata è decisamente il meglio che ci si possa aspettare. Complimenti per l'educazione e la serietà. In poche parole pessimo, sia come come organizzazione bancaria complessiva sia come filiale. One of the worst banks ever used ... press customer service and with a rhythm and interest for the user from the state office. In a nutshell bad, both as an overall banking organization and as a branch.

Cerco di fare bancomat al loro ATM, ma finita l'operazione la macchina non mi fà ritirare il contante facendo apparire la scritta fuori uso. Sento trafficare dietro dove probabilmente stavano cercando di inserire le banconote all'extremis negli ultimi minuti di chiusura della banca (Non riescono neanche a tenere il Bancomat con le banconote). Alchè ci rinuncio e mi reco presso un altro bancomat. Dopo pochi minuti mi arriva il messaggio al telefono che mi segnala la sottrazione dei soldi dal mio conto. Dopo qualche giorno lo storno non è avvenuto, chiamo la mia banca, la quale voleva 20€ per l'operazione di richiesta storno. Per risparmiare quei soldi "Anche perchè l'operazione di storno dovrebbe essere assolutamente automatica" e senza nessuna richiesta da fare da parte mia, chiamo questa specie di filiale Deutsche Bank dove mi chiedono l'invio di una mail con una serie di informazioni private e richieste da fare. Dopo 2 settimane ancora niente soldi, richiamo e mi richiedono stessa mail con informazioni, movimento del mio conto mensile (Dove sarebbero apparsi tutti miei clienti lavorativi) e documenti di identità con residenza. Adesso io dico; è legale chiedere tutte queste informazioni per un prelievo andato male al loro bancomat guasto? Non voglio immaginare cosa può comportare avere un conto corrente presso questa specie di banca. A distanza di un mese sono per denunciare questa specie di banca per: Appropriazione Indebita e risarcimento con interessi della somma trattenuta. STATE LONTANI DA QUESTI BUFFONI! DRAMATIC EXPERIENCE! I try to make ATMs at their ATM, but once the operation is over the machine does not make me withdraw the cash making the writing appear out of order. Alchè I give up and go to another ATM. After a few minutes I get the message on the phone that tells me the money is being taken from my account. To save that money "Also because the transfer transaction should be absolutely automatic" and without any request from me, I call this kind of Deutsche Bank branch where they ask me to send an email with a series of private information and requests to make. After 2 weeks still no money, I call back and they ask me for the same email with information, movement of my monthly account (where all my business clients would have appeared) and identity documents with residence. Now I say; Is it legal to ask for all this information for a withdrawal that went wrong at their failed ATM? I don't want to imagine what a current account with this kind of bank can entail. After a month I am to report this kind of bank for: Misappropriation and compensation with interest of the amount withheld. STAY AWAY FROM THESE BUGS!
