fare gli interessi della banca e del cliente contemporaneamente,cosa non scontata come sappiamo tutti....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serietà Zero! Mi fissano un appuntamento con il direttore per un servizio finanziario (servizio esplicitamente richiesto nel momento della prenotazione tramite call center). All'appuntamento il direttore non c'è, chi lo sostituisce comunica subito che la banca NON eroga quel servizio, dando la colpa al loro call center (come se non fossero loro colleghi); avendo tutti i miei riferimenti avrebbero potuto anche perdere un minuto per fare una telefonata... Risultato: 2h buttate di cui 1,30h in macchina per andare e tornare. Mai più.
Zero seriousness! They make me an appointment with the director for a financial service (service explicitly requested when booking through the call center). At the appointment the manager is not there, whoever replaces him immediately communicates that the bank does NOT provide that service, blaming their call center (as if they were not their colleagues); having all my references they could have lost a minute to make a phone call ... Result: 2h thrown of which 1.30h in the car to go and return. Never again.
