V	Valentina Bigi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusione totale.. Ho ordinato una confezione regalo per Pasqua purtroppo mai consegnata nonostante ben due riconferme della data della consegna. Appena passata Pasqua decido di chiamare e mi dicono che è stata una dimenticanza, le consegne erano tante e non sono riusciti a fare tutto e che il pacco non era stato pagato (non mi è stato neanche chiesto di pagarlo prima della consegna)...bene, forse sarebbe stato meglio comunicare subito che non sarebbe stato possibile effettuare l'ordine visto il numero elevato di consegne. Una telefonata di scuse, come minimo, mi sarebbe bastata. Di certo non è questo il comportamento da adottare con un cliente insoddisfatto. Total disappointment .. I ordered a gift box for Easter unfortunately never delivered despite two reconfirmations of the delivery date. Just after Easter I decide to call and they tell me that it was a forgetfulness, the deliveries were many and they were unable to do everything and that the package had not been paid (I was not even asked to pay it before delivery) ... well, perhaps it would have been better to communicate immediately that it would not have been possible to place the order given the large number of deliveries. A phone call of apology, at the very least, would have been enough for me. Certainly this is not the behavior to adopt with an unsatisfied customer.

Zero puzza sotto il naso, che è il maggior rischio di posti come questo, anzi tutti molto alla mano. Scelta di vini veramente interessante. Bravi! I got to visit it twice and on both occasions the clerk was very kind and super prepared. Zero stinks under the nose, which is the greatest risk of places like this, indeed all very easy going. Really interesting choice of wines. Well done!

Scaffali, contenitori, vasi e scatole di un esercito di colorate, invitanti e aggressive confezioni di tutto ciò che contiene zucchero. Per non parlare dei cioccolatini sfusi e caramelle a peso. C'è da perderci la vista e arrendersi. È consigliata una visita per il rifornimento in occasione di tutte le feste, ricorrenze, cerimonie e regali vari.
