Siamo stati io e mia moglie per il mio compleanno. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione, dopo che alcuni amici ci hanno consigliato vivamente di andare a provarlo.
Già al telefono per la prenotazione ci siamo resi conto della professionalità dello staff.
Arrivati siamo stati accolti da due persone di sala, estremamente professionali, in grado di coinvolgerti e farti sentire a proprio agio.
Il menu degustazione è stato davvero buono, abbiamo assaporato i migliori piatti dello chef, che come cucina ricorda il grande Uliassi di Senigallia, ma con un tocco personale decisamente di qualità con prodotti che comunque ricordano di essere in emilia, come i cappelletti.
A fine cena, mia moglie desiderosa di un gelato assaggiato nellantipasto, chiede se si può avere una pallina. Viene accontentata con omaggio dello chef.
Noi torneremo sicuramente, peccato non aver assaporato il vino di estrema qualità per motivi personali.

It was my wife and I for my birthday. We chose the tasting menu, after some friends strongly advised us to go and try it.
Already on the phone for the reservation we realized the professionalism of the staff.
When we arrived we were greeted by two extremely professional people in the dining room, able to involve you and make you feel at ease.
The tasting menu was really good, we tasted the best dishes of the chef, who in the kitchen recalls the great Uliassi of Senigallia, but with a decidedly personal touch of quality with products that still remember being in Emilia, such as cappelletti.
At the end of dinner, my wife, eager for an ice cream tasted in the appetizer, asks if you can have a scoop. She is satisfied with a gift from the chef.
We will definitely be back, too bad we didn't taste the wine of extreme quality for personal reasons.
Thanks to chef Simone Gherri, the kitchen staff, Raja and her colleague.
I absolutely recommend going for the right value for money, for the friendliness of the staff and for the chef!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo ristorante è una piccola perla all'interno della città. Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione e mi sono sentita coccolata dal primo antipasto fino al caffè. Tutti i piatti erano molto ricercati ed estremamente buoni, ottima qualità del pesce.
Lo consiglio vivamente quando si ha bisogno di sentirsi al mare senza poterlo avere di fronte.
This restaurant is a little gem within the city. We took the tasting menu and I felt pampered from the first appetizer to the coffee. All dishes were highly sought after and extremely good, excellent quality of the fish.
I highly recommend it when you need to feel at the sea without being able to have it in front of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccellente ristorante dove scelgo sempre e solo pesce perchè penso che in città sia il numero uno: di qualità e cucinato egregiamente.
Anche la scelta dei vini è vasta e sono ottimi, cosa confermata anche dalla mia cara amica (che se ne intende molto più di me) insieme alla quale scegliamo spesso senza riserve Ghersi e ogni volta rimaniamo contentissime, dall'antipasto al dolce.
Personale molto gentile e cortese, anche nel dare risposte quando vengono chiesti consigli o informazioni.
Nei giorni scorsi ci sono andata con mia mamma e ho potuto portare anche il mio cane, un setter inglese: è stato educatissimo e buonissimo, tanto che hanno fatto i complimenti i vicini di tavolo, ma di certo i complimenti vanno "rigirati" al titolare per la sensibilità dimostrata:)
Excellent restaurant where I always and only choose fish because I think it is number one in the city: quality and very well cooked.
The choice of wines is also vast and they are excellent, which is also confirmed by my dear friend (who knows a lot more than me) with whom we often choose Ghersi without reserve and are delighted every time, from appetizer to dessert.
Very polite and courteous staff, even in giving answers when asked for advice or information.
In recent days I went there with my mom and I was also able to bring my dog, an English setter: he was very polite and very good, so much so that the neighbors at the table complimented them, but certainly the compliments must be "turned over" to the owner for the sensitivity shown :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unico neo della serata non avere potuto assaggiare il menù degustazione di mare. Sarebbe bene essere avvisati per tempo e non accettare l'ordinazione e poi scoprire che non era possibile la degustazione in quella serata. In più un po' di cortesia e spiegazioni da parte dello chef che ci ha fatto il conto (non a buon mercato) sarebbero state gradite.
The only drawback of the evening was not being able to taste the seafood tasting menu. It would be good to be notified in time and not accept the order and then discover that tasting was not possible that evening. In addition, a little courtesy and explanations from the chef who made the bill (not cheap) would have been appreciated.
