Questa volta mi sono rivolta poiché il giorno 8 ricorreva il compleanno di mia mamma e sapendo quanto le piacciono i fiori, mi sembrava carino fargli recapitare una composizione in quel giorno. Ho lasciato libertà di scelta fiori alla titolare poiché conoscendola da tempo mi fidavo di lei. Il risultato è stato molto amaro e deludente poiché oltre a nn avermi fatto la consegna nel giorno stabilito, dopo che ho telefonato x avere spiegazioni, si la composizione le è stata recapitata, ma faceva sinceramente schifo. Io personalmente dato che ho esperienza in qst settore poiché ho svolto qst attività x molti anni, nn avrei mai trattato una cliente che conosco da una vita, in questo modo. Purtroppo la fiducia che le ho dato mi ha ingannata e qualunque sia il motivo di qst triste comportamento sarò costretta prox a rivolgermi altrove. The result was very bitter and disappointing because in addition to not having made the delivery on the appointed day, after I phoned for explanations, the composition was delivered to her, but it was honestly disgusting. Personally, since I have experience in this sector since I have carried out this activity for many years, I would never have treated a client I have known for a lifetime in this way. Unfortunately, the trust I gave her deceived me and whatever the reason for this sad behavior I will be forced to go elsewhere.

Gli ho chiesto il perché pagassi così tanto (forse si era confusa con altri fiori, ho pensato), lei mi ha risposto: “ho messo la carta!” Azz!!!! 15€ di carta… bravi!
