★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo quello che doveva essere una sorpresa per mia madre si è rivelata una brutta figura: avevo chiesto un mazzo da consegnare con determinati fiori concordati dall'inizio ma dalla foto e poi di presenza purtroppo non è stato cosi...addirittura alcuni fiori erano quasi appassiti!
Ho riportato il mazzo indietro chiedendo che mi restituisse i soldi, che mi ha dato ma si è voluta comunque trattenere i soldi della Peonia perchè secondo lei l' avevo fatta appassire io che non ci avevo messo subito l' acqua!!!
Scarsa competenza e scarsa professionalità.
Ha reso una spiacevole sorpresa ad un evento importante.
Unfortunately, what should have been a surprise for my mother turned out to be a bad impression: I had asked for a bouquet to be delivered with certain flowers agreed from the beginning but from the photo and then of presence unfortunately it was not so ... even some flowers were almost withered!
I brought the deck back asking for the money back, which she gave me but she still wanted to keep the money of the Peony because according to her I had made it wither because I had not immediately put the water in it !!!
Poor competence and lack of professionalism.
It made an unpleasant surprise at an important event.
