β β β β β This was one of our favorite restaurants in Italy. The potatoes were the. best. potatoes we had ever eaten, and we've been trying to replicate them ever since! The ribs in Barolo were great too. We'd love to come back next time we're in town!

The FOH waiter who greets you is very rude and continues to say βwe are fully bookedβ regardless of the day I said βtomorrow night, the next nightβ etc. she continues to say we are booked, which I do not believe. We managed to get a table for 2 days time at lunch time. I never saw them at over 50% capacity
I ordered the pumpkin ravioli with butter sage. It was good
Prices are affordable.
Booking is essential required.
Service is below average and unfortunately could potentially ruin your experience here.
Returned a month later and was greeted with the same horrible attitude from the waiter so I left and found other amazing restaurants in Modena. Itβs good, not a must.

The guy who served us was friendly and helpful. He spoke good English.
Everyone in our group enjoyed their food. The gnocco were particularly good and the meat on the ribs just fell off.
Relatively short menu with daily specials.
Looking forward to going back.

β β β β β Great dinner place, if you reserve with many weeks in advance. The restaurant has a solid selection of local dishes and nice wines to go with it. Donβt come here if youβre vegetarian as they wonβt have anything except a pasta dish for you.

β β β β β Top service! We went there for lunch. Iβm not from Italy but I speak it very well, when he found out I was not from the area she told me of the traditional dishes and how to eat it. It was very nice. I would definitely recommend you to try the place if you are staying in Modena. It was very good and we were very happy.

β β β β β The spare ribs is amazing. Flavourful and soft, melts in the mouth.
Their cold cuts, lard and flat bread is the next to be praise. Ended with carbo over load. Just too good.
This place is just perfect.
