★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small restaurant that everyone in town seems to know and love, so even on a seemingly quiet week night, better to reserve. Home made pasta is what makes this place famous, but everyone who told me about this place said to try the ribs cooked in Lambrusco. And I can see why, it was awesome. All of our plates were delicious, prices were fair, service wasn't the friendliest but wasn't rude. They place the tourists in the pen at the back of the restaurant I think lol. The only thing that wasn't too notch was the bread, but who cares, come for the pasta, stay for the ribs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a rule, I never score any restaurant on its food greater than 4 and tonight, I give 4.5 without any hesitation to Trattoria Tagliatella. The tagliatelle porchine is simply sensational. This is without doubt the very best dining experience so far from Bastia to Siena to Modena. First class attentive respectful professional service. Bravo chef, manager and everyone involved. I will remember this evening. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was amazing to have a taste of the local and regional products at their best. They were very accommodating when I asked for half portions of the two main traditional pasta dishes as I had to taste the parpardelle and the tortellini. I started with a mix of salumi from the area, gnoccho fritto (which was very light and freshly made), the tigelle (similar to the English muffin) were also home made and warm, the pastas were delicious. The best food in the world in this area and home made pasta and local products are unbeatable. Even the half portions were perfectly generous. The cake was also delicious (coffee nibs and chocolate) and the Panna home made! Definitely coming back again!
