★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestito da personale incompetente. Per visionare un appartamento ho dovuto telefonare tutti i giorni. Servizio pessimo e maleducazione credo che non ci possa essere di peggio...mi fanno ridere hanno avuto recensioni talmente pessime che avranno contattato amici e parenti per far salire la percentuale a 3,5...continuano a dimostrare la loro mancanza di professionalità.
Run by incompetent staff. To view an apartment I had to call every day. Bad service and rudeness I think there can be worse ... they make me laugh they had reviews so bad that they will have contacted friends and relatives to raise the percentage to 3.5 ... continue to demonstrate their lack of professionalism.

Al 22 dicembre sera vado a visionare con la mia compagna l'appartamentooer cui è stato messo annuncio un paio di giorni prima, bellissimo e rispecchia a tutto ciò che cercavamo. La mattina successiva ricontatto l'immobiliare per manifestare interesse ad affittare, l'immobiliarista dice che contatterà il proprietario e richiamerà in giornata. Silenzio. Scrivo per avere notizie, silenzio. L'agenzia chiude per ferie fino al 2 gennaio, quando richiamiamo per avere notizie e la news è che la casa è stata data a qualcun altro e che loro non c'entrano nulla ma ha fatto tutto il proprietario dando la casa a un conoscente. Puzza tanto di accordo sottobanco. Almeno più trasparenza.......
Bad judgment for little transparency and reliability. On 22 December evening I went to view with my partner the apartment which was advertised a few days earlier, beautiful and reflects everything we were looking for. The next morning I contacted the real estate again to show interest in renting, the property developer says he will contact the owner and call the same day. Silence. I write for news, silence. The agency closes for holidays until January 2, when we call for news and the news is that the house has been given to someone else and that they have nothing to do with it but the whole owner has done giving the house to an acquaintance. It smells so much of undercounter arrangement. At least more transparency .......

Tutte le volte che ho dovuto fare operazioni immobiliari mi sono rivolto a loro e mi sono trovato bene. Consiglio questa agenzia ad occhi chiusi!
Serious real estate agency in the Modena area since 1990. Ms. Mara and her daughter Silvia know how to do their job very well. Whenever I had to do real estate transactions, I turned to them and felt good. I recommend this agency with your eyes closed!

Purtroppo ho avuto a che fare diverse volte con questa agenzia.
La prima volta, sono riuscita a fissare un appuntamento per una casa e la signorina aveva così tanta fretta di andare via, che non è stato possibile vedere l'appartamento per intero.
La seconda volta, mi sono recata in agenzia, subito dopo l'uscita di un annuncio e mi è stato detto palesemente che l'appartamento era già stato 'promesso' ad un loro conoscente.
La terza volta, ho contattato l'agenzia sia via mail che telefonicamente...mi hanno risposto in entrambi i casi dicendo che mi avrebbero subito ricontattata per fissare un appuntamento la sera stessa. Non avendo avuto più notizie, mi sono recata presso l'agenzia, per sentirmi dire che la loro agenda era già al completo e che non mi avrebbero più fissato un appuntamento per vedere la casa.
SMETTETELA DI PRENDERE IN GIRO LA GENTE!!
Simply AWFUL! No seriousness and professionalism.
Unfortunately, I have dealt with this agency several times.
The first time, I managed to make an appointment for a house and the young lady was in such a hurry to leave, that it was not possible to see the whole apartment.
The second time, I went to the agency immediately after an announcement was issued and I was clearly told that the apartment had already been 'promised' to one of their acquaintances.
The third time, I contacted the agency both by email and by phone ... they replied in both cases saying that they would immediately contact me to make an appointment the same evening. As I had no more news, I went to the agency to be told that their agenda was already full and that they would never make an appointment to see the house again.
STOP TAKING PEOPLE AROUND !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima agenzia , pessimo modo di trattare le persone, ho chiamato 7 volte per lo stesso appartamento perché ogni volta mi chiudevano in faccia di fretta e non mi facevano finire di fare le domande. Le recensioni con 5 stelle saranno sicuramente conoscenti perche con delle persone così incompetenti è davvero dura trovarsi bene.
Bad agency, bad way of dealing with people, I called 7 times for the same apartment because every time they closed my face in a hurry and didn't let me finish asking questions. Reviews with 5 stars will surely be acquaintances because with such incompetent people it is really hard to be comfortable.

Da momento in cui al telefono ho citato l'età mia e del mio compagno, 25 e 27 anni, l'agente si è rifiutata di farci vedere una casa, inventando scuse e dicendo che avrebbe richiamato lei. Non si sarebbe dovuta permettere! Nessun proprietario di immobili dovrebbe affidarsi a loro data la grande incompetenza e scarsa professionalità.
Unheard of rudeness. We have been discriminated against, not too covertly, simply on the basis of our age. From the moment I mentioned on the phone my age and my partner's age, 25 and 27, the agent refused to show us a house, making excuses and saying he would call her back.
