Dopo esperienze poco soddisfacenti con intermediari di altre agenzie, abbiamo trovato in Valentina massima competenza, cortesia e tanta intraprendenza.
Insomma...mai commissioni sono state pagate più volentieri!
Se avremo occasione di acquistare nuovamente degli immobili in futuro, ci rivolgeremo sicuramente a lei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un appuntamento con questa agenzia ed è stata una « fregatura « assoluta in quanto c’erano dei vizi nascosti nel condominio. L’agente immobiliare ne era consapevole ma mi consigliava di andare avanti senza informarmi della vera situazione dell immobile. Dopo il rogito, ho avuto la brutta sorpresa di dover pagare spese straordinari del valore di 6% del prezzo d’acquisto.
Sconsiglio vivamente, sono dei veri ladri
I bought an appointment with this agency and it was an absolute "rip off" as there were hidden defects in the condominium. The real estate agent was aware of this but advised me to go ahead without informing me of the real situation of the property. After the deed, I had the nasty surprise of having to pay extraordinary expenses worth 6% of the purchase price.
I strongly advise against, they are real thieves
