β β β β β I have a problem with wifi-italia registration. I read in the news that this is government initiative where tourists can access free wifi in Rome. I asked the tourist information centre for help with the registration but the staff has not heard of it and didn't even bother to help me with my problem.
Rome information centre can definitely do a better job in being helpful and resourceful.

β β β β β The lady with blond and curly hair yelled at me because of misunderstood. There were 4 people working and there were people in line waiting. I approched the lady with long brown hair that was doing nothing and asked her for the cash machine on the station. She didn't know english and she asked her blond curly colegue something in italian and then she started yelling at me in front of people: can't you see I'm busy! I have other people! Can't you see?!!
I was in shock but I just moved on because i had bus to catch. She should get fired. I asked for information the one that works at main rail station in Rome and doesn' know english and got blown from the other one. ?

β β β β β Clerks are full of unkindness and location is very hard to find. I ran for 10 minutes to don't be late and arrived at 18:42. But they already had stopped everything. In addition, they said to me that you can get a bus ticket just on 1.5euros. Are you kidding me? Why do I buy a bus ticket dispite I have Roma pass for 72hours? They have to change noticed working time from 18:45 to 18:40.

β β β β β I am a tourist and supposedly a tourist information desk is the first you stop by to ask questions. I went to approach both ladies on the desk and waited my turn when they are available to ask to. The other one got a glimpse of me approaching but she decided to leave her chair and do something. The other lady was on her chair looking so busy on her desk so I decided to respectfully wait. I realized that the desk was high and for a petite person like me, I thought she does not notice so I stood beside where she can see me. The lady started to eat her snack instead and chat with her co-worker while I stood there to wait for an opportunity. I grabbed and check a flier while standing and waiting and still the chatting goes on between them. Suddenly, I hear a shouting angry voice from the lady asking "What are you waiting for?!" . I said bravely that I am waiting because I have a question then she irritatingly said "Well, come here and ask." I apologised for not knowing that matter and asked my question. She did not seem to get a well pronounced english hotel room and good I have a paper to show her. It is not that I am complaining about the lack of communication in your tourist information office but I question your professionalism. You seat on that chair because you chose your job. Your services' focal point is aimly for tourists asking anyway. Try to be more polite since you are some of the tourist's first approach to this country of Rome. I got my mood destroyed right away because of your rudeness and good we had a very nice taxi driver to change all of this rudeness from your impolite service. He was the bubbliest taxi driver who right away showed a tourist a little tour guide without us even asking. I think he should be sitting on those seats.

β β β β β Terrible Tourist Information. The laziest and rudest ladies i have ever seen in a tourist office. I wanted to know about covid restrictions and accepted covid certificates. She just said that they doesn't know. I should call the colloseum myself.Instead of calling themself to find out at the colloseum she wrote down a number i could barely read and when i called it a message came that the number was not active. I told the lady and she replied rudely that the number is active insinuating i am lying. I tried all possiblities of the number but it was inactive.
