Mi hanno convocato per il ritiro del mio patentino di guida turistica per il giorno 24/10/2016 ma , siccome in rientro dall'Inghilterra solo per il giorno 25 / 10 mi sono premunito di comunicare agli indirizzi e-mail segnalatimi la mia impossibilità e di fissarmi un'altra data per il ritiro . Non ho sentito nessuno , non esiste numero telefonico sul sito , buio assoluto . Che succede ? Dobbiamo cominciare a rimpiangere i " bei tempi " quando era la dissolta Provincia a gestire la burocrazia ? I've been looking for a month to get in touch with the Agency which, from what I've read, is "in liquidation" (but what does it mean?). They summoned me for the withdrawal of my tourist guide license for 10/24/2016 but, since I returned from England only for the day 25/10, I decided to communicate to the e-mail addresses marked my impossibility and to set me another date for the collection. I didn't hear anyone, there is no phone number on the site, absolute darkness. What happens ? Should we begin to regret the "good times" when the dissolved province was managing the bureaucracy?
