Purtroppo devo però far notare che ultimamente sono diventati inaffidabili e assenti. Sono giorni e giorni che tento di contattare la mia filiale di Roma per una informazione importante e urgente, ma non riesco a parlare con nessuno, o risulta occupato, o mi lasciano in attesa per un tempo infinito salvo poi tagliare la telefonata perchè "i tempi di attesa sono troppo lunghi"... Negli anni abbiamo visto peggiorere i vari servizi e troppo spesso ci troviamo in difficolta nel gestire le varie problematiche che si susseguono. Gia solo ottenere assistenza è un problema, ci vuole tanto tempo sottratto al nostro lavoro. Noi speriamo qualcosa cambi presto. We are sorry to have to give a star to such an "epic" project. Sono completamente fuori dal mondo e non hanno la minima conoscenza del significato della parola 'etica'. Dopo un miliardo di difficolta' per aprire il conto sul web mi sono recata alcuni mesi fa in banca nella sede di Roma. Dopo ever eseguito le procedure per aprirlo, oggi a distanza di tempo una tale Silvia Del Priore una persona di una arroganza e a dir poco indescrivibile mi comunica che non ho nessun conto aperto e si permette di ripetermelo come se non lo avessi compreso. Io mi domando come la Banca Etica non si vergogni ad assumere personale cosi' inadeguato ad una inerlocuzione se non altro decente col cliente. Mi ha chiesto per quale motivo ho scelto la Banca Etica come se avessi fatto una scelta dell'altro mondo. Quindi anziche' incoraggiare inducono ad allontanare.
