★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately it was like a third world app. On the first screen the price showed €19.99 a ticket. On the next screen- still €19.99. Then you are moved to a third screen when the price shown is €21.99 with no explanation why the price jump. This is what we had to pay for each ticket
Another problem is that you are given only 5:00 minutes to choose your seats on the bus, with no warning before this short time elapses and locks the reservation forever.
Improvement needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my ticket online and did a mistake on the names of passengers, i answer company the email they sent me with the tickets explaining the situation and asking to change it, they quicker than I expect, corrected it, I'm really happy with it and i hope everything going well on the trip day.
