We loved staying at this hotel for our vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and the location is excellent. We spent a lot of time walking in the area, enjoying the beautiful fountain and performers near The Spanish Steps, eating at the many excellent restaurants nearby and shopping along the many adjacent streets. In fact, we walked to all of the sites we visited in Rome from the hotel, including the Colosseum/Forum/Palatine Hill, the Vatican/Sistine Chapel/St. Peters Basilica, the Pantheon, many piazzas and of course Trevi Fountain. We also really enjoyed the rooftop patio, with it's lovely ambiance for breakfasts and as a quiet place to escape for an evening glass of wine and a snack. The one downside to the hotel is that there is always noise from the streets, since it is so close to the action, but nothing a pair of earplugs can't cure.

Perfect stay. It was my Birthday on 14th Feb. and this Hotel did everything to make it unforgettable, thank you. And again manny thanks to the Staff and my personal thanks to Giorgia, Stephen and Albert. The Location is amazing. Our Room Superb with a Jacuzzi and perfect view to the Spanish Steps. A Birthday Cake and Full breakfastc on the Room with prosecco. I will not forget. And with the best service from Albert was the daily Breakfast in one word Great, Top! We got a change to speak to the owner on the day of departure. She is a kind, very open and nice woman and she is taking care of this great Hotel in a great way, Chapeau! A 4* star Hotel that has a 6* service. We can recommend this Hotel for the 100%. And we hope to enjoy the other Hotel from the owner in Toscany one day. Thanks for this great experience which we will not forget. We will come back for sure. Monique & Alex B.C.

The location of this hotel is great and that’s why I have stayed here at least 4-5 times since 2010. However, this time it was a disaster. Despite us paying for a suite , we got a suite with one of the rooms having NO light fixture which even surprised the staff so we had to pack and unpack in the dark. The room was extremely hot and we got different stories as to why the air conditioning didn’t work. We were forced to open up the windows and listened to all the loud noises from sirens, to shouting and yelling to metal doors opening and closing to rowdy and drunk people in the Spanish steps area all night long. The only saving grace was Georgia who changed our room and poor thing she was so overwhelmed by having to solve all the problems and yet she tried and didn’t give up. They were truly short staffed. We were moved to another bigger suite where there was still loud noise from the consortiums street, basic amenities and the room looked old and dated with a mattress that was even older. The place needs a major remodeling before they start accepting guests.

Choosing this hotel was our best desicion! * Perfect location- you can see the Spanish Steps from the room’s window , centrally located in a very beautiful area * Amazing staff - very friendly, helpful, and assist with everything we needed! * Great room- we’ve been with a baby and it was the perfect room for us! Big, clean, and very comfortable. Very recommended, we will be back for sure!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is perfectly located. However, our room was NOT at all what was described or shown on the website.. We were very dissatisfied. It did overlook the Spanish Steps. But, The room was tacky with padded door and mirrors everywhere. We had to enter into a dark hallway, which did light up upon entering but was still a little scary. We did not have a balcony as described but had a β€œ common room” no 360 degree view as described on the website. Also we were never able to access the Internet. We asked several times but the problem was never resolved. If it was not for the location and the staff, especially Albert, I would give it no stars.

Initially I was thrown off by the casual friendly staff with a quirky sense of humour, I was wondering if they were really being earnest! But after a day I realized the staff actually were having fun and enjoyed their work. Great tips from the staff of where to go that's non touristy as well and where to eat, nice rooftop bar, clean comfortable and surprisingly quiet room. When I go back to Rome with my family I'll definitely try to book a room there again.

We had a lovely time. Steve, Dora and the team were warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Great recommendations for food. Our room was amazing. They really looked after us. Especially as it was my wife’s 40th birthday. We will be coming back again 100%.
