I booked a 1 bedroom apartment for 1 night. The manager was friendly & accommodating but didnt let us know 2 of 3 aircon's in the apartment are not working. We were escorted by 1 of their staff from Crosti hotels to Cristi Apartments. We asked why are the aircon's not working.. their staff said why would you want it to work..We were shocked with his response. We paid the full amount to rent the room & specifically mentioned we need airconditioned rooms while booking.. We were with 2 kids and could not vacant late in the evening with all lagguage. Their were no fans in the room. Its summer time & Rome was super hot with temperatures at 33 degrees. Really excepted better customer service.. Would not recommend to people with young families. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Good location and though it's a bit dated, it's well-maintained and clean. Thermostat in the unit works well, which we're so thankful for this winter. Basic unit with the right minimal necessities for a no-frills stay.

I booked the apartment. It’s 5-minute walk from the hotel. I don’t know about the hotel but the apartment is not quite a pleasant experience. On the website it said two romms for 4, but actually it’s a room for 2 and a living room with sofa bed. The staff let us check-in in the morning was good and welcoming, but the staff took us there in the afternoon was mind-absent. Introduction of the apartment was bad and not detailed. I even had to ask where is the washing machine or he would just walk out of the door! Also, the apartment looks newly decorated, but the facilities are all old. We can’t even see the marker on the washing machine and it’s hard to understand how it works. And it has a kitchen but without basic cooking material (only salt), a washing machine without detergent, and a dish washer without any clear instruction how to use it (and with the lid sticking on the wooden door! Weird) Last, after the first night, the cleaning staff might use some kind of bleaching water or something and left a pretty bad smell in the apartment. It do has all the facilities it listed, but they are just there without any kind of user thinking. Only pro is the location, only 1-minute walk to Castro Petorio metro sation and 8-minutes walk to Rome Termini. It’s a quiet and safe zone around here, and supermarket is around the corner. I might consider live in other hotels around but not this one! 我入住的是「公寓」的房型，所以以下評論是針對「公寓」，而非飯店。公寓是在另外一棟，從飯店走過去大概五分鐘。不是一段愉快的入住經驗。首先，網站上寫這是給4人住的兩房，但實際上他只是一房，另一房是客廳加床。再來，早上接待我們check-in的櫃檯還不錯，但晚上帶我們到公寓的員工很糟糕，走過去的過程中完全猛衝不在乎我們有沒跟上，介紹公寓時也很隨便，我甚至還要自己問洗衣機在哪他才回頭講，不然大概兩分鐘就走了。另外，照片乍看起來很新，網站上寫的設備也都有，可是全都很老舊，洗衣機、洗碗機跟抽油煙機很像是去買二手裝上去的，甚至看不到洗衣機上的刻度！根本不知道怎麼洗。而且通常住這種公寓，應該都會附上簡單的洗衣粉跟調味料，這家只給了鹽，剩下都要自己添購，完全沒考慮使用者。最後再讓人大扣分的是，第一天入住後，清潔人員可能用了過重的漂白水之類，進房後味道很臭。唯一優點是位置不錯，離地鐵站Castro Petorio只有一分鐘，從中央車站Termini走來也八分鐘左右，轉角就有超市，附近是住宅區很安靜安全，下次來羅馬會考慮住在這區附近的旅館，但不會是這間！

Really nice hotel apartment, two of us stayed here for five nights on the sixth floor and we had absolutely no issues. The maid put new bottles of mineral water in our fridge every day, and the location is really close to the metro and a walkable distance from termini station. Not the most modern of hotels, but great for a trip to Rome when you're out and about most of the day. Would stay here again.
