β β β β β Only 4 stars, because the mattress was very firm and it was difficult to get comfortable. Other than that, it's a great little apartment, very clean, and all for less than a halfway decent hotel. We truly enjoyed the freedom to make our own breakfast and coffee in the morning before heading out for the day. It's in a great location, close to the train station and a couple of metro stops. The hostess was very friendly. I made the mistake to greet her with "Ciao" when we arrived. Apparently that's only for friends and family and she seemed a bit put off by that, but that was my fault. We'll start looking for apartments from now on. Great experience!

Owners are professional responsive, available and very helpful. They are meticulous with every details. You will like staying here and save lots of money too comparing to hotels.
