★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with all requests. True professionals. All spoke excellent English. The hotel room itself was okay, but did not live up the expectations we saw on the web when we booked the room. It would be an excellent hotel for a young person traveling through Europe on a budget, but was not what we expected for our family visit to Rome. The room was clean, but sparse and dated with old furniture. Location was convenient and safe, but off the major roads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is due to being woken up at 6am every morning by loud banging and talking. Also tv in the room didn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Hotel experiences we had ! The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good and the receptionists are always ready to help ! Special shout-out to Tommaso who helped us so much, and is extremely passionate about his job and the history of Rome, thank you for everything ! And thank you to the whole hotel staff for this wonderful stay.
(Ps : Pour Tommaso, nous avons fait 3000km le dernier jour, mais on a triché avec l'avion).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a comfortable hotel. The "family rooms" have two bathrooms which is great. The rooftop is also easy to spend an evening. The location is perfect; far enough from the train station but close to the Basilica of Santa Maria and the best pizza we have ever eaten in this life: Il Brigantino. The reception organized everything quickly and efficiently - the main day guy is a gem. The breakfast is good, but not great, because croissants should not have pudding inside, but everything else was awesome so they get 5 stars

Were staying for almost a week and its great.
The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view from the window.
The breakfast is very good and there’s a lot of food which is tasty and great.
I never saw an amazing service like that.
There is a rooftop where you can see the city and chill for a bit.
Great Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety of food and everything was very good! The hotel's location is perfect! Very close to the main tourist attractions: Coliseum, Roman Forum, Palatine, Pantheon. I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very nice. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly and they are overall big and comfy. The best part about the entire hotel are the croissants served at breakfast. I cannot stress enough how much I liked them. Apart from that there are no major complaints and it's worth it to book a room as it isn't far away from the Termini station or the ancient Roman buildings.
