Ottimo b&b. Stanza spaziosa, luminosa e fornita fra necessario per tisana o caffè

La habitación estaba bastante bien. ??. El acceso al piso es sencillo con las indicaciones que nos dio la propietaria ( video incluido). El piso tiene 4 habitaciones totalmente independientes. Buen barrio y sin ruidos. Está a 15 min andando de la estación de tren, a 15 min del coliseo, a unos 45 min andando al Vaticano. Quizás en determinados momentos se nos hacia lejos, pero claro, después de andar todo el día ?. Hay restaurantes, supermercados cerca. Limpiaban la habitación todos los días.

Clean , well located, helpful friendly staff

Host was extremely kind and helpful, helped us overcame an issue occurred with a lodging reservation site, house was as clean as you expect during the covid pandemic and it was overall a great experience.

This hotel is a gem!! Highly recommend it for travelers looking for a haven to rejuvenate themselves while touring Rome, and who also want an authentic Italian experience. The hosts were so generous and kind at check in, even staying late for us since we had a late train. They remembered that we were going to the Vatican the next day and took the time to show us how to get there. If you are a traveler that is concerned about the language barrier, Carlo speaks perfect English. The house cleaning was glorious, definitely going above and beyond. It was so nice to come home dog tired each night to a well made bed that smelled so clean. There was plenty of hot water for showers and it was so refreshing to be able to open the windows to the quiet garden area. You are provided tickets for the included breakfast at a restaurant a couple doors over. They serve you juice, a fresh pastry, and coffee. Very good food and it’s nice not to have to worry about at least one meal. This hotel is also close to bus stops, but we didn’t feel comfortable tackling the bus system. We used the metro and this hotel is an strait-forward 8 minute walk to the Repubblica/Opera stop and 12 minutes to Rome Termini (we had to use this stop since Repubblica was under construction). Overall, I am so glad we stumbled on this hotel. Was the best place we stayed on our trip and will be my choice if I go back to Rome in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Monti49 along our visit to Rome. Carlo was very kind and helpfull as well as the person who cleans the rooms. The place is very well located, we were able to walk to the main touristic points with no need of other kind of transportation. If tou arrive from Fiumicino Airport, you can easily take the train to Termini Station and you will be only 10 minutes away from Monti49, at a walking distance. There are lots of good restaurants, stores and supermarkets very close to the place. Definetely recommend.

Nice place to stay, near center, you can walk the city from here ?? Reasonable prices and very clean, would recommend and come back for sure. Communication with the owner was fine, we got very detailed information about self check-in.
