Beautiful place in the heart of Roma..
We were in Rome for 10 days for location scouting for our upcoming film in Rome.. so we found this please with very amazing and very cute comfy rooms..
1 the owner is amazing very cut lady Lucia..
2 staff Azar is always helpful and ready on the go..
3 the breakfast is very very nice :)
I love the place and will come back soon:)

β β β β β In walking distance to most of the places you'll want to visit, price was very good and owners and staff were nice. Downside to the place was too many stairs to the room.

β β β β β Very clean and well kept hotel. Just a short walk from many historical sites in the city. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that the wifi was only accessible in one particular area of our room.

β β β β β Dirty, so many stairs to carry the luggage, and the most rudest, old lady at front desk, the worst service!
We had to pay 21 euros for some government tax, only cash was eccepted.
Got bit at night not sure what it was, afraid of bedbugs but not sure.
Do not recommend to anyone!
Unfortunately, we could not find anything else due to unavailability so highly recommend you book in advance.

β β β β β Please do not stay here. One of the worst decisions I have ever made.
The only good thing here is that it's quite. The host was completely rude greeting new guests. And made a point to make sure I knew that she did not appreciate my early arrival.
The hotels credit card machine was "broken" and I was told that I would have to pay the full amount in cash. So I scrambled around Rome to find a decent atm/bank. When I returned with the payment the host didn't answer her calls and I decided to leave it alone.
Only when I returned the same day from a dinner was she there to take my payment and all she did was charge the credit card on file!
Also be very caution because I had to pay a "city tax" in cash for 10.50β¬. If I didn't I was told I couldn't stay at the hotel. I'm pretty sure I was hustled in a used to be nunnery.
On arrival you will get three sets of keys to three different doors and good luck trying to figure them out.
Breakfast was nowhere to be found and the lobby is always closed unless you need to check in. And the maids will leave your door unlocked when you leave for the day. (That was pleasant surprise)
Please, avoid this place at all costs! I regret every moment staying here and only felt relief when I left it.
