Очень удобно что есть стульчик для кормления, коляска прогулочная и Детская кроватка. На кухне есть все не обходимое. Хозяин был всегда на свЯзи и оперативно решал все вопросы. Квартира большая и чистая. Спасибо за отдых. We rested in these apartments with three children, the place is very successful, near the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Termini Station. It is very convenient that there is a highchair, a stroller and a cot. The kitchen has everything you need. The owner was always in touch and quickly resolved all issues. The apartment is big and clean. Thanks for the rest.
f	francesco mucchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo appartamento a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal colosseo, molto bello il quartiere monti in cui è situato, pieno di locali e ristoranti. nonostante questo la posizione è tranquilla e silenziosa a tutte le ore del giorno.ho trovato molto comodo il sistema di entrata nell'appartamento, l'apertura della porta tramite un link inviatomi per mail e tramite un codice, non c'è stato bisogno di incontrare il gestore per il ritiro della chiave. le camere grandi e gli ambienti spaziosi hanno reso piacevole la mia permanenza, la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario. un'esperienza sicuramente positiva e struttura che terrò in considerazione per viaggi futuri a Roma. Beautiful apartment just 10 minutes walk from the coliseum, very nice the mountain district in which it is located, full of clubs and restaurants. despite this, the location is quiet and peaceful at all hours of the day.I found the entry system in the apartment very convenient, opening the door via a link sent to me by email and using a code, there was no need to meet the manager to collect the key. the large rooms and the spacious rooms made my stay pleasant, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. definitely a positive experience and structure that I will consider for future trips to Rome.

L’appartamento è spazioso, ha due ampie camere da letto più un comodo divano letto nel soggiorno. Il tavolo è molto grande e la cucina attrezzata consente di organizzare pasti a casa quando non si voglia andare fuori. Perfettamente attrezzato soprattutto per famiglie con bambini, poiché c’è un lettino/culla ottimo fino a tre/quattro anni, il riduttore per il water, un passeggino, un seggiolone, oltre che forno a microonde, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, stendino ecc. frigorifero ampio con reparto freezer abbastanza spazioso, bollitore, tostapane. Noi siamo stati in sei, fra cui due bambini, perfettamente a nostro agio per gli spazi a disposizione. C’è perfino una televisione in ciascuna stanza. Unici aspetti negativi il fatto che la macchinetta del caffè non funzioni sulle piastre a induzione e la scarsità di dotazioni per il bagno, forse per una dimenticanza del personale delle pulizie. Comunque molto consigliabile per la posizione centrale, gli spazi, la comodità del sistema di apertura porte con un semplice link. The location is truly excellent, right in the center and yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment is spacious, has two large bedrooms plus a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The table is very large and the equipped kitchen allows you to organize meals at home when you don't want to go out. Perfectly equipped especially for families with children, as there is an excellent cot / crib up to three / four years, the toilet seat, a stroller, a high chair, as well as a microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, drying rack etc. large refrigerator with large freezer compartment, kettle, toaster. There were six of us, including two children, who were perfectly at ease with the space available. There is even a television in each room. The only negative aspects are the fact that the coffee machine does not work on the induction plates and the lack of bathroom amenities, perhaps due to an oversight of the cleaning staff. However, it is very advisable for the central position, the spaces, the convenience of the door opening system with a simple link.

The apartment location is near to the Colosseum, which makes it a great choice to connect with the main places in Rome. The host is super nice and gentile, he allowed me to stay in the apartment with my cats who enjoyed a lot the sun that arrives to the rooms :) I will recommend it 100%

Modern, clean, very spacious, great location with lots of lovely restaurants, gelateria, shops nearby, walking distance from Termini to easily get to/from the airport and walking distance to lots of attractions such as the Colosseum. All facilities great - internet, TV, kitchen, extra bits for babies, towels, hot shower, comfy beds. Felt very secure and was clean. Great value for money and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!
