★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best place to stay although quite central in Rome (10 mins walk to Train station and the Colosseo). We checked in late for which the owner charged us 20 Euros extra. Owner did not understood english properly and was not very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, if one follows the directions it is easy to locate. Helpful and friendly hosts. They communicate in English as well. Neat and clean room. Colosseum and the Roman Forum are walkable. Highly recommended, worth the amount that we paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well located, comfortable and spacious room, and lovely hosts that can sometimes be a bit hard to find... make sure you have a working phone with you, or some coins for a public one, as you'll likely need to call them to arrange your check-in / check-out times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was great !! The room was spotless and cleaned every morning with fresh towels , soap and shower gel. The owners were so helpful and nice. It was a very safe building with a safe.The location couldn't have been more central. The most amazing icecream shop was 2 minutes walk away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing! The owners were lovely and very accommodating. Not only that they were extremely knowledgeable and offered us insight into how to make the most of our time. It's in a great location with a mini market just down the road as well as a few bars and many restaurants within a minute or so of walking. Also on New year's they surprised us with a lovely gift. When I come back I will not hesitate to stay here again!!
