Beautiful room. The office managers Jata and Anna were friendly and helpful. Most of Rome's attractions were only a 25 minute walk away

The Novona Gallery & Garden Suites was truly amazing! We were greeted by our host Jatta and Anne, who took great care of us from start to finish. They gave us all the tools to be able to survive staying at the heart of Rome in Navona. The accommodations was beyond perfect every time we walked in the room. The availability of both Jatta and Anne was reachable by text (make sure you download the What's APP), easy to text with WIFI. The room, bathroom and living room area was always clean. Watch out riding the city bus, it only costs 1.50 Euro but if you don't validate the ticket on the bus, you will be charged 59.90 Euro -- that was the only thing we did not enjoy with Rome. But our accommodations, the location of where the Suites are for B&B it was excellent, we would definitely stay there again!

I just returned from my third trip to Rome and 4th time staying at the Navona Garden Suites. My travel agent, Michelle Schultz, recommended this place to me three years ago. My husband and I were traveling with my son, daughter in law, and 8 year old granddaughter the first time. We were enchanted with the entire place. Last June I sent my son with his family to Rome and they stayed here at the beginning and end of their holiday. Owner, Dr. Loredana Carnivale Winter suggested I contact Francesco in Naples to serve as a driver when my family traveled in the area to visit relatives in Amalfi. They loved Francesco and recommended him ultimately me for our next trip. My husband and I returned again in September of 2021 and stayed several days at the beginning and end of our three week trip. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Anne, who took exquisite care of us, making arrangements for transportation, scheduling Covid tests, making sure everything was in perfect order. We returned to Rome as a group of 6 in early April, with a friend and several family members. Anne arranged transport to and from different tours, so we did not have to struggle with getting a taxi ourselves. The rooms were well appointed with plentiful amenities. We had coffee and tea service as well. We were in a garden setting, a welcome respite from the bustling street scene. This is a great place, with professional staff that truly look after guests. We will stay here whenever we travel to Rome.

I stayed at this Navona Garden Suites as a mother traveling Europe alone with three teenage kids. The customer service of the staff was nothing less than amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We had a situation that required us to stay 7 additional days, unexpectedly and the management was extremely accommodating. To my surprise, they even offer us a discounted nightly rate for additional days. The location was also fantastic. Great restaurants, shops, small grocery stores, gelato shops, the best tiramisu (right across the alley), thrift shops, and a taxi stop all within walking distance. Highly Recommended.

Silvia and Antonio are wonderful hosts. My experience with them started on a day where the sky darkened and opened into a fierce downpour. My wife and I were huddled, drenched, in their backdoor and they invited us in out of the rain. The interior has a lovely common dining space as well as a private outdoor courtyard (not at all common in this centrally positioned hotel/b&b). Super close to Trevi fountain and the Parthenon. This place is ideally positioned for a walking jaunt to the Collosseum or Vatican!

The family enjoyed our stay at Navona Garden Suites. Silvia was a wonderful hostess, showing us around the neighborhood after we checked in. The location was perfect to walk to most of the historical sites in Rome from the Vatican to the Colosseum. The room itself was comfortable and the WiFi worked well. It is not entirely obvious where the building is because they share the door with a dentist's office... yes - you have the right building! The owner also owns the antique shop next door, so you can also check there if you need help. We will definitely stay here again.
