Very clean, modern & comfortable room. Air con wasn’t working properly the first night so we told one of the staff who moved us into a new suite with a free upgrade. Great service and situated in the heart of Rome close to all attractions. Will definetley be staying here again!!!

The Location was great, right around the corner of Piazza Novano. Piazza Novano is a large plaza with a beautiful fountain in the center and lots of restaurants and activities. The location was within walking distance to most of the major sites, pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Vatican, etc. The accommodations were nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. I wasn’t happy with the first room I was in, 407 and requested a change. They were able to accommodate my request and I was moved to room 403, which I found to be more comfortable. Β· This isn’t really a hotel, that’s why the name is Suites. It is a collection of rooms on the 1 and 4th floors. There is no other facilities, no lobby, but there is someone at the front desk at all times. The first room I was placed in 407 was part of the 1,000 year old tower. The room was awkward with a small bathroom, no where to put anything and shower was very small with a cracked glass. The WiFI didn’t always work well. When I asked the staff, she said it was due to too many people on it at night.

Clean room with a with a window in an Italian classic building. All rooms have window. Great location - close to all main attractions. Few steps to Piazza Navona and Ponte Umberto to Vatican City is just a 2 minimum walk. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would stay again next time I am in Rome.

Hard to find the hotel from street. Brass plaque on wall press bell to ring hotel to let you in. It's not a true hotel first floor reception and rooms and.4th floor rooms. Seems to have residential units in the building. Staff extremely nice good English and gave great advice as tourists. Bedroom long and narrow very funky and clean. Didn't like the bathroom all painted black including ceiling. Felt room and bathroom lacked light and because bathroom was painted black I didn't feel comfortable to n the bathroom as I felt it wasn't clean.

So the facilities are quite nice but keep in mind that the hotel is on a very busy and noisy square. Since they have a/c and noise proof windows that's normally not a problem but if for whatever reason you have to open the windows, you are in for a rather noisy experience. In my case, they had recently dry cleaned the curtains so they stunk, which is unpleasant but I am quite sensitive and get terrible migraines. I also think for a 4 star hotel, you are paying precisely so that curtains should not stink like chemicals. I had to leave the window open and you could still smell the curtains it was unbearably noisy so I left. Before I did they tried to find another room which was helpful but since all curtains smelled very strongly there was really no other option. They were unable to take down the curtains and they also refused to refund me the second night as well. If you look at the reviews here, you will notice a pattern: everything is fine until it is not and unlike many other hotels, especially four star hotels, they are not equipped to fix problems and don't seem to budge when there is a problem. Otherwise, nice rooms, good location but if you need to resolve a problem or need peace and quiet (and you have to open the window for whatever reason) this is likely not the hotel for you

Clean modern room, comfortable bed, incredibly friendly staff, amazing location! All the basics of a great place to stay, lots of sights, shops, cafes within easy walking distance. Incredibly high ceilings and interesting but fully functional room layout.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff on reception were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was clean, modern, comfy and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to Colosseum and Vatican. Many restaurants right on the door step.

The price was a value for money due to the fact that its near Piazza Navona, Pantheon and 20 min walking distance from the Vatican. Spacious clean rooms with modern furnitute. Only negative is that the shower overflows a bit. I would book again, next time.
