I have never purchased from this shop before, but I was looking for some top handle bags and knowing I would be visiting Rome next April I thought I would look in Rome for handbags. I came across their website and saw the reviews, found some styles that I liked and decided to purchase. I was a little nervous purchasing Internationally, but I decided to bite the bullet. I am soooooo glad I did!! The bags came today and they are STUNNING!! The whole process took a little longer than I anticipated but that’s only because the shop was closed for holiday. Prior to this purchase, I only bought luxury handbags (Chanel, Louis Vuitton, YSL, etc.) and these bags blew those luxury brands quality out of the water! I want to thank Del Guidice Roma for the most luxurious bags I have come across in a long, long time! And for a fraction of what I’m used to paying. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! I promise if you purchase a bag through Del Guidice Roma, you will NOT be disappointed! Such a class act. I’ll purchase again!

I felt like I had a friend in Rome who was working with me to make my handbag dreams come true. Not only was the customer service top notch but the quality of the finished bag exceeded all of my expectations. It looks and feels so elegant. You can tell that this company takes pride in their craftsmanship. The attention to detail is something that is hard to come by in these days of automation and mass production. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The purchase was a Vittoria hand bag. The entire customer experience was great. The description, photos, and color palette on their website was accurate and descriptive. I requested they add an additional zippered pocket to the interior and the additional cost was very fair.
Andrea was very prompt, friendly, professional throughout the process. I was blown away by the quality of the purchase upon arrival. Del Giudice thought of everything; this item is going to be a gift and they included a branded gift bag to present it in. I will definitely be back for additional purchases in the near future either online or in their shop in Rome one day! Thank you again, Del Giudice!
