★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très belles chaussures mais vendeuses à l’image inverse. Totalement hautaine, désagréable et peu commerçante. Nous avons pourtant acheté 3 paires de chaussures plein pot. Nous avons le lendemain demandé à en échange une paire et elle a refusé. Elle raccroche systématiquement au téléphone.
Je préfère la boutique naturalshoes à tratevere ou le personnel est plus sympa et plus commerçant avec le même type de produits.
Very nice shoes, but the opposite is true. Totally haughty, disagreeable and not very commercial. However, we bought 3 pairs of full pot shoes. The next day we asked for a pair in exchange and she refused. She systematically hangs up on the phone.
I prefer the naturalshoes store in Tratevere, where the staff is friendlier and more tradable with the same type of products.
