★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first and last place we visited in Rome. A cozy little place along an enchanting street in Rome.
The patrons were mostly locals with a few tourists. Our servers were busy but very helpful and attentive when it came time order. We were nervous on our first visit since we were still aclimating to Italian culture, but our server was patient and helpful.
Wines were very good and reasonably priced. They sometimes have a small menu available which was excellent. My wife even ordered off menu on our last visit which demonstrates the confidence we gained after our initial visit.
On both visits we enjoyed the quaint ambience of this place after a long day of exploring Rome.
We were there in December and this was one of few places in Rome with hot wine!
