★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The host was kind of rude and pushy. The food was obviously heated in a microwave. I had a pasta dish that was bland and only hot in the middle(sign that it has been microwaved) and the pizza was very dry, the crust was rock solid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place in Bologna to enjoy fresh, genuine local food. Great for people looking for typical recipes, but also great for vegetarians. Good coffee choice, sweets and biscuits. Wonderful location, very kind people working here.

Most of the food is tasteless, except some of the pastas, all the portions are small for the price that you pay, like 12€ for 7 pastas or 4 cooked vegetables with some cheese on top. They will charge you 7€ for some tap water, more than the wine... Is in the city centre, noisy, the staff is really unprofessional, especially the guy that gets the orders, that are judging you for not ordering 11 things. The bathroom is dirty and there's always a line for it, because they have one for both genders. Avoid it at any cost, you are far better eating some to go pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An ecclectic place mixing Italian, Latia American, and other European decor. We ordered from the daily menu, which included water and coffee, to avoid having to deal with portion control issues that arise with the Italian primo and secondo organization. However, we were both unpleasantly surprised to receive a very small amount of food. The "insalatona" (big salad) was hardly a normal salad, with nothing filling in it -- luckily I received a bag of bread. Apart from this, service was pretty bad, with unhappy looking waiters and managers, and very slow (even for European standards).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its my first time in Italy, so i am not acquainted with local food as much, but the food I got here (primi section of the menu) was always well prepared and served. Same goes for desserts. Service good and forthcoming as well. The only thing I found lacking is the wine (which is a personal preference thing) and the menu (being a bit disorganized and plain).
Otherwise, it is located on a semi-calm street and sitting outside is a pleasure. I do recommend it, for the food is worth the price (starting at 7€ and ending on 15€).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was slow, the waiter was rude, he scream at us explaining that we had to wait few more minutes to order food. We asked for crafted beer and he served us from a bottle that was already opened therefore had no bubbles at all. After finishing the food, we were finishing the drinks and the waiter knocked on the table like if he was asking us to leave. The food was lukewarm. Won't come back again.
