β β β β β Pessima banca, old Banking nonostante il hi-tech presente nell'agenzia. Personali incompetenti ed alcuni addirittura irrispettosi.
l'unico punto positivo Γ¨ il design ma purtroppo l'apparenza inganna.
NB: ho cambiato banca dopo circa 10 anni.

the only positive point is the design but unfortunately the appearance is deceiving.

β β β β β Con la premessa di avere un conto corrente da 21 anni ; in passato cioΓ¨ fino a 5/8 anni fa abbiamo avuto rapporti molto cordiali e direi amichevoli con i bancari la quale abbiamo avuto bisogno di consulenza , ma mi dispiace dirlo ma ultimamente trovo una diffidenza ,incapacitΓ e un' arroganza nelle nuove figure che trovo in filiale , consiglio vivamente a questi pseudo bancari di fare un corso di assistenza ma sopra tutto di cortesia verso i clienti della BNL,, fino a prova contraria abbiamo i nostri soldi depositati in BNL e pare brutto non riscontrare un minimo di gentilezza e professionalitΓ , anzi sembra che gli vai a rompere le scatole per quei servizi dell' ABC che una banca dovrebbe avere nei confronti dei propri clienti.
With the premise of having a current account for 21 years; in the past that is until 5/8 years ago we had very cordial and I would say friendly relations with the bankers who we needed advice, but I'm sorry to say but lately I find a mistrust, inability and an arrogance in the new figures that I find in branch, I highly recommend these pseudo bankers to take an assistance course but above all courtesy to BNL customers, until proven otherwise we have our money deposited in BNL and it seems ugly not to find a minimum of kindness and professionalism, indeed it seems that you are going to piss them off about those ABC services that a bank should have towards its customers.

β β β β β I bancomat non vanno mai e gli operatori non sono in grado, dato il disservizio a carico loro, di provvedere alla risoluzione di un Loro problema. Hanno perso un cliente, molto meglio una banca online, ve loo dice una persona che lavora comunque nel settore finanziario.
The ATMs never go out and the operators are not able, given the disservice to be borne by them, to provide for the resolution of their problem. They lost a customer, much better an online bank, a person who works in the financial sector tells you.

β β β β β La peggiore banca con la quale abbia mai avuto a che fare, incompetenti, risposte evasive, impreparati, 5 mesi per una banale successione ed ancora si tengono i miei soldi. Un velo pietoso sull' ufficio successioni bnl di Bari.
Worst bank I've ever dealt with, incompetent, evasive answers, unprepared, 5 months for a trivial succession and they still keep my money. A pitiful veil on the Bari BNL succession office.

nemmeno un po di musica..sono pessimi appena possibile chiuso il conto
