Sono stato in fila per 1 ora e 40 minuti per essere poi detto, NON FACCIAMO CONSULENZA, SONO APERTE SOLO LE CASSE.Non facciamo consulenza!!! io ho un mutuo da bloccare, al telefono non rispondono e il servizio online non funziona. Complimenti UNICREDIT, cambieranno molte cose in futuro, fidati. La vostra Negligenza in questo preciso momento, fate capire QUANTO É IL NOSTRO VALORE PER VOI BANCARI.....GRAZIE Bad services. I was in line for 1 hour and 40 minutes to be told, WE DO NOT CONSULT, THE CASES ARE ONLY OPEN. We do not advise !!! I have a mortgage to block, on the phone they don't answer and the online service doesn't work. Congratulations UNICREDIT, many things will change in the future, trust me. Your Negligence at this precise moment, make it clear HOW OUR VALUE IS FOR YOU BANKS ..... THANKS

Impossible to contact them on the phone, you can stay hours and hours, but the phone rings empty. Is there anybody there? And to people like that one entrusts their finances?

Structurally very beautiful (there is also a Roman statue of the former Banco di Roma). Very professional employees.

Poi per sentirti dire che quel servizio va fatto esclusivamente al Bancomat li fuori.... Very slow service at the counter. An hour and twenty minutes in a row with only one door open is absurd. Then to hear you say that that service must be done exclusively at the ATM out there ....

Mi hanno confermato L appuntamento per le 12,45, una volta arrivata, la filiale era chiusa e vedevo dalla vetrina che i signori mangiavano il panettone (tanti auguri). Mi hanno rifiutata perché la filiale era chiusa !! Vedo dallo sportello che l Orario di chiusura ore 13,35.. come si vede anche da Google! Mai vista una scena raccapricciante del genere in tanti anni! Ammettete che volevate mangiare il panettone e festa finita. I have to put a star to leave the feedback otherwise it was -1000 stars !! They confirmed the appointment for 12.45, once I arrived, the branch was closed and I could see from the window that the gentlemen ate the panettone (happy birthday). They turned me down because the branch was closed !! I see from the counter that the closing time at 13.35 .. as can also be seen from Google! Never seen such a gruesome scene in so many years! Admit that you wanted to eat the panettone and the party is over.
