★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here because I’ve heard so many good reviews about the place and I understand why: the location is really nice, especially for tourists, near the center but in a street without noise, really nice and romantic!
The food was also good but not as I expected.
The portions were smaller than usual and the pasta (homemade and the center point of this restaurant) wasn’t the best I’ve tried in Bologna..
I give 3 stars to this experience because everything was fine, but not good as I expected.
And the price... 2 Small portions of first course, 1 dessert, 2 glass of wine = 44€ ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the best meals we had in Italy! We had some delicious tortellini stuffed with pistachio mouse, the traditional soup with tortellini, and 2 orders of the lasagna bologonsa! We also had an amazing local wine, and the tiramisu was the best we had! Highly recommend.

We’d had some mediocre meals the previous couple of days, but then absolutely everything we ordered here was delicious - their lasagna and tortellino were SO good!! The tiramisu was the best we’ve had in all of Italy (Florence, Milan, Rome) - the lady fingers were somehow still a little crunchy at the bottom but soaked with flavor, so so delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and amazing service. We had the balanzoni and the ragù al cortile as our first dish and the tartare as the second. Both the pasta and the main were amazing. Wine was also great and the food came out quite quickly. The manager even offered us a free amaro each afterwards. Great experience! I’d recommend making a reservation though because it gets quite busy!

Sidenote: the owner made sure to keep the street vendors (roses and other stuff) away from the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an incredible place to eat! The ambience was lovely and relaxing with pink floyd playing in the background. The waitresses were really kind and helpful. The wine that was suggested was really smooth and wonderful and lastly the pastas, were the best i have eaten. Freshly made tortellinis in beautiful sauce. I absolutely loved the dining experience here. 100% recommended a visit for people traveling to Bologna!
