★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to buy a single small rose. Once I had chosen, the florist took the rose out of my hand and disappeared into the back of the shop without saying a word. I waited for six minutes without knowing what was going on. When she returned, she had wrapped the rose in paper and decorated it with four simple, green leaves. At the cash register, she told me this would cost 17 euros, which left me so speechless and baffled, I wasn't able to protest against this impertinence. As I needed the rose and didn't know any other flower shop around, I bought it while gnashing my teeth.
DON'T go to this store if you aren't fluent in Italian and familiar with the average prices to stand up to any such fraud.
