★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just look at the menu and you'll understand why this place has a good rep.
The cocktails aren't particularly heavy with alcohol, this isn't a place to get blind drunk (unless you're stupid rich) but they have character and flavour, they actually taste good. Can't comment on food but based on the homemade ingredients it all should check out.
Prices are high, the location also makes them levitate, but you're buying good stuff from good people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lively and lovely cocktail bar. A bit hipster but still with a typical bolognese sense of welcoming. Mix and match of furniture and nicknacks. The food wasn't bad either. I recommend the pisco sour, really nice balanced and strong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Ruggine for a brunch. It was great. The menu is a bit expensive, but the portion is quite large and includes a cocktail. Their cocktails are delicious. They're mostly twists on classics like Bloody Mary, Gin Tonic. The food is good. The bread is especially good. The hash browns weren't the best (they could be crispier). I definitely recommend this place for brunch. The atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly and helpful, albeit a bit busy so quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most amazing Bar in Bologna. Very good food, super fair prices, good drinks and super friendly waiter and waitresses! We had such a good time here! Had a nice chat and explored new drinks :) so happy and hope to attract more people for this bar with this recommendation :) cheers!
