The service was very bad, the waitress was very rude and unpolite, very expensive as well. They stared at us for a very long time after we ordered a coffee, very rude and uncomfortable.

not happy at all with the service. They have different prices inside and outside but they "Kindly" ask you to sit down instead of attending your order inside without notice: resulting in a 7.50€ ticket for 1 coffee and 1 tea ... really expensive for nothing

Fine little place, food is good and has a nice variety on the menu but a little pricy compared to the other places in Bologna for the stuff they bring. Nice local atmosphere, but quality could be better. Also asked for some wine but they didn’t have it so they brought another without even asking. Wine glasses were chilled?

One CocaCola = 6€ when sitting outside. Prices listed inside do not correspond to the unannounced extra charges. Tourist trap, avoid.

Please hire more staff!! Two guys are absolutely overwhelmed with all the tables outside. We waited 15 minutes for a Cappuccino never got the second but of course they tried to charge us for it. One star for the location.

Great coffee and the hazelnut and chocolate cream croissant is AMAZING. However, prices are ridiculous: they will charge you differently depending where you sit down, who you are ( tourists pay more), what time of the day is, etc. it’s like the stock exchange a la italiana. I paid €1.50 for a cappuccino and when my friends came 20-30 mins later from the Airbnb and ordered cappuccino they were charged €3.50 per cup. Ridiculous (they were also charged more for the croissants). We really felt scammed with pricing and it ruined the overall experience.

Very disappointed!!! They charge different prices every time!. If you speak Italian your bill will be half of what they charge tourists. I've paid €3.50 for a capuccino, however my friend who speaks Italian has been charged €1.50. Unacceptable! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Great for breakfast. Can't say anything about lunch or dinner items. The waitress was extremely friendly and the pastries were delicious.
