★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 persons serving 15 tables they should be able to manage, the problem is the lack of organization, why not to take orders all at once instead of going back and forth, it took us more than 2,5 hours for getting lunch, quality was nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tourist trap. Had to wait 20 mins to get a coke and a 20cl juice, total 12 euros. I live in Milan, probably the most expensive city in Italy and i never spent 6 euros for a 20cl juice at lunch time. Super happy i just had a drink and didn't stay for food. I confirm service is pretty rude and slow. This is not Bologna, and definitely not an Osteria, do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good vibe, cool staff and great options for vegetarians. I had a beautiful mixed salad and a vegetarian lasagne. The lasagne had spinach pasta and artichoke, zucchini and oyster mushroom. Very classy. I sat and looked at the Basilica, and the plaza, and just had a lovely hour-long lunch here. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was okay, however the service was very bad (at least that they). There was some problem en the kitchen and the order were not coming out, even for a 'tagliere' of cheese took more than 30 minuts. The waiters apart from ask for pacient they didn't provide any others help. After more than one hour we eat our food, some dishes were between warm and cold and other okay. We should had left like many other tables.
