Let's get this out of the way - they may serve the single best Lasagna Verde di Bolognese that I've ever had. And that's actually saying a lot (if I say so myself ?). The texture is just right, the top is just the right level of crunchy, the flavors are delicate, and it basically just melts in your mouth.
The gramigna and tortellini are just about the same - ridiculously good.
The only downside is that the service is a little cold (and the food is a *little* pricey, but not by much).
I suspect the service might get a little bitter with a few visits, but YMMV

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bounisimo!!! Fantastic food, service and atmosphere. Reservations are a must but well worth the effort. Do try the burrata. So good and different. I had the wild boar with pasta which was a bit different than what is served in Firenze but so good! The wine that is pictured paired well with my meal. We got and shared the last serving of tiramisu, which was a little different but ohhhh Sooo good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food and wonderful service. We ate here four of our seven nights in Bologna and this was our favorite restaurant by far. I'm still thinking about the veal scapolinni! Just perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude old man took our order. Not speaking English not even a bit. He almost demanded us to speak bloody Italian. The charged almost 20€ for the sides without explaining before they were extra. Food was ok but nothing special. 85€ for 2 . Not worth it

We were seated close to another table and that lady threw a fit so much that the owner had to bring out a measuring stick and show her we were a safe distance. Fortunately they choked their food down and left in a hurry so we had the little corner all to ourselves….The food and service were outstanding. We each had the Tagliatelle bolognese (when in Rome). Outstanding!
