I was served meat and fish pastries after I specifically asked for a vegetarian mix, specifying WITHOUT meat or fish, in Italian, and the waitress repeated "vegetarian, senza carne o pesce". The waiter forgot the dishes for the other person with me, and harassed me to pay before consuming : quite an embarrassment for a so called "upper class" place... When I got up to leave and notified the manager that I was served meat when I asked for vegetarian food, he told me that I was the one that misunderstood ?! And didn't even apologize ! This place is bad and will treat you awfully : don't go there !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't have half of the manu and they recomended me a type of croissant that after I insisted a lot that I didn't want any kind of jam as a vegetarian they bring it anyways and when we told them they offer a normal croissant and made us pay for both

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came twice enduring our visit. 1st was for appertivo and the 2nd for coffee and a croissant. Both experiences were on another level and the staff were vert friendly. We sat outside and enjoyed the view of the church across the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, got my (expensive) cappuccino cup with a long hair attached on and the water cup was badly stinking. Second chance - take away cappuccino with the stroller. Stopped on the table outside so to pour the sugar in (no dedicated area available inside to do so), the waitress said that she needs the green pass in order to use the table!! I was just there for a moment, standing on my feet, pushing the stroller with one hand and just willing to pour a pack of sugar in my cup..! Won't visit again. Human factor zero, no respect to their own clients, poor quality of what was offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go there have seat and enjoy some incredible confections. We only had little time to be there but it was worth every second. The staff was very attentiv, kind and fast. It was an all around joy.
