★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we ordered 2 light drinks in the early p.m. they told us we could have some snacks with the drinks (chips,nuts,olives,etc...) then
they said they had just chips but after they brought us the drinks so we couldn't leave.. we are from here & we know the bar has always to bring few snacks anytime with the drinks ... forget this bar...too touristic,we suggest to go in smaller streets around...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I got hungry late so we decided to look around the centre of Bologna for something open. This was open and seemed like a friendly place. The waitress was very friendly and prompt. The pignoretto was decent and fruity. We proceeded to order the cheese and cold cut platter as antipasto. To my disappointment, for 10 euro , it was not worth it. The mortadella, salami, cotto and pecorino tasted bland and off the super market. That being said the parmesan and prosciutto were quite tasty (but i cant gurantee they were not generic off the counter either). We then poceeded with our main dishes. My girlfriend had the eggplant with cheese and I had the tortellini. Both dishes turned out bland, unspecial and the ingredients did not taste fresh. I suspect the cheese on the eggplant was melted in the microwave. To top it off, the prices were higher than the surrounding trattorie (where the food is authentic, fresh and traditional). All in all, this place is good if you are looking for something to eat late at night and have low expectations. Don't come looking for hand made Bolognese food.
TL;DR:
Staff was kind and prompt, wine was good, food was inauthentic and overpriced but opening times are comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose this over many others... as it looked more down to earth... the food was good and reasonable price... drinks slightly over priced... staff could have been more attentive, but they were not rude.
Foot note... the decor is nothing like pictures. .. it is more run down, so not sure how old they are!
Maybe the owner could do better on presentation. ... I loved the food, but not the ambience.

First we weren't able to get any coffee, which is disappointing but acceptable, but the waitress was also very rude and showed that she was annoyed just by our presence. Every other customer but me was brought the machine to pay by card but I was the only one asked to get up and pay at the counter as soon as my drink came at the table. Would not recommend and would definitely not go back.
