Peccato perché è davvero un bel negozio. Rude shop assistants, they do not say hello when you enter, nor when you leave .... Unless it is a target customer, then such a case GOOD MORNING !! Too bad because it is a really nice shop.

M	Maria Cristina Pazzaglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistate a fine febbraio 20 un paio di scarpe sneakers con inserti animalier e parti in pelle argento, indossate tre volte poi tra lockdown e l’arrivo dell’estate le ho indossate di nuovo a fine ottobre. Dopo un utilizzo minimo mi sono accorta che la parte argento piano piano si stava sgretolando, appena mi è stato possibile causa varie chiusure covid a metà dicembre le porto al negozio dove constatiamo assieme alle commesse che le scarpe non sono state portate che poche volte. Le ritirano e mi chiamano a metà gennaio per dirmi che sono spiacenti ma non sostituiscono l’articolo perché non è più disponibile e nemmeno fanno un rimborso neanche minimo. Va bene che le ho pagate 60€ e non 100 € perché in saldo ma il comportamento di chi le ha fabbricate è quantomeno discutibile poiché era evidente e indiscutibile un difetto del pellame. Mai più acquisterò il loro marchio e lo sconsiglio. Purchased at the end of February 20 a pair of sneakers with animalier inserts and silver leather parts, worn three times then between lockdown and the arrival of summer I wore them again at the end of October. After a minimum use, I realized that the silver part was slowly crumbling, as soon as I was able to due to various covid closures in mid-December I take them to the shop where we see together to the orders that the shoes were only brought a few times. They collect them and call me in mid-January to tell me that they are sorry but they do not replace the item because it is no longer available and they do not even give even a minimum refund. It's okay that I paid € 60 and not € 100 because it was on sale but the behavior of those who made them is at least questionable since it was evident and an indisputable defect in the leather. Never again will I buy their brand and advise against it.
