Pochi giorni dopo mi dicono che il costo della riparazione sarebbe pari al valore del computer. Io decido di non procedere con la riparazione, ma loro NON mi restituiscono la caparra in quanto dovuta per la consulenza offertami. Non mi era stato spiegato che questi 25 euro non mi sarebbero stati restituiti, sebbene mi avessero fatto firmare un foglio dove questo veniva dichiarato. Loro hanno guadagnato 25 per aver cercato su google il costo della riparazione e nient'altro. Mi è stato offerto di comprare un computer nuovo per recuperare quei soldi. Il loro modus operandi mi pare chiaro. Chiedono 25 euro di "caparra" (non la chiamano consulenza), offrono costi di riparazione inaccettabili e poi ti offrono di comprare un computer da loro per recuperare i 25 euro. Sicuramente non raccomandato. I took a computer for repair and they asked me for 25 euros as a "deposit". I decide not to proceed with the repair, but they DO NOT return the deposit to me as it is due for the advice offered to me. It was not explained to me that these 25 euros would not be returned to me, although they had made me sign a sheet stating this. They earned 25 for googling the cost of the repair and nothing else. I was offered to buy a new computer to get the money back. Their modus operandi seems clear to me. They ask for a 25 euro "deposit" (they don't call it consultancy), offer unacceptable repair costs and then offer you to buy a computer from them to recover the 25 euro. Definitely not recommended.
